As a young stay-at-home mom with a second baby on the way, I’m living my dream! But it can also be difficult - lonely, monotonous, thankless… I’m sure we all feel these things from time to time! This song is what I picture Heavenly Father might say if He came and sat by me on my bed after a long, hard day.
The words of the chorus have truly strengthened me the last couple of weeks. I know that as we do Heaven’s work, we never work alone. Whether that be as a mom, coworker, minister, or friend, His Spirit is upon us, to lift, guide, comfort, and strengthen. He loves us. He sees what we can’t see. That is why I do my best to walk with Him each day.
